\”I had seen an orthopedic surgeon for foot pain and was diagnosed with 2 heel spurs and plantar fasciitis in October 2011. I was given orthotics and a heel brace at that time. As time progressed, the pain was getting worse. My next step was to have a cortizone shot in the heel. A friend recommended I see Roy Martin for his opinion. He suggested changing my orthotics by drilling onto the heel and adding foam to it. I said let’s try it. My feet felt better right away. I went back a week later and he added more padding. I went to Florida for 10 days after seeing him and the changes to my orthotics. I did walking in Florida and although I’m not yet 100% without pain, it is so much better and I know we’re on the right path.\”
